I really enjoyed this Study Tour! They began by walking us through the implementation of IOW at Wells, from the very beginnings up to today and the projects currently underway. We were then able to see those improvements first-hand, at different stages of maturity. It was great to have the involvement and perspectives of different team members and to hear how motivated the team is by continuous improvement. Keep up the great work!
