Gostei muito desta study tour! Começaram por nos contar sobre a implementação do IOW na Wells, desde os primeiros inícios até aos dias de hoje e aos projetos que têm em curso. Depois pudemos ver com os nossos olhos essas mesmas melhorias, nas suas diferentes fases de maturação.
