IOW School is the training school that provides continuous improvement to the whole SONAE group. It is not enough to “Know”; it is necessary to “Know How to” to accelerate results towards a “Long Living Company”.
To achieve this, we rely on highly qualified and motivated people from the group’s various businesses who, in addition to their main activity, dedicate part of their time to teaching and spreading the culture of improvement.

The Study Tour is an internal platform aggregating case studies and best practices.
In Study Tour, you can visualize different initiatives taken by businesses in the SONAE universe in order to understand the processes implemented and their results. It is also possible to sign up for several visits to different businesses to better understand the continuous improvement processes implemented.
Agile Coffee is one of the methodologies used by the IOW team to ensure that online conversations are productive and involve all participants. In it, we facilitate an online meeting where all participants have the opportunity to participate and contribute to making the discussion efficient and productive by discussing topics of common interest.
